I’m Already A Manager So I Don’t Need To Learn About Coaching Skills. I’m already a manager, a leader or the owner of my own business so I don’t need to learn coaching skills….

I’ve already arrived…

I’ve got the power to tell my staff go here or go there, I can already tell them to do this or do that…

I speak to my staff however I like and they respond immediately and do what I say so I don’t need any coaching skills….

I say to my staff jump and they will say, how high, they already do what I say…

These same Managers, leaders and business owners are the same who complain that:

– My staff never listen to me…
– They aren’t passionate about the Job…
– My staff have no urgency to complete the projects…
– They come late and leave early…

At the end of the day I have stress, I have to complete their work, stay back late, close the door and lock up at night…

I’m working for them…
