Words are only 7% of our total communication and they are very powerful 7% if used in the right way…

Weak words are strangers to Influencers and leaders as they will only use empowering words to motivate and inspire those around them…

In our workshop a few days ago one of the managers mentioned a few week words that he avoids…

Words like:

– Maybe….
– Try…
– Do my best…
– If I can…

They are weak words and don’t convey any definite commitment and leaves the listener wondering what is the possible outcome…

Influencers and leaders are very clear on what they want and this is reflected in their words…

When you speak with them they are very decisive…

– Yes, I will be there…
– No, I will not attend…

Their message is very clear and leaves the listener with absolute certainty of their intention…

No Middle ground, no wishy woshy, indecisive, unclear communication….

This is just one small examples how our communication will cause empowerment or dis-empowerment in our personal and professional life…
