This is The Wrong Business For Me, It’s Just Not Working. Mr. Thuan, has his own interior design business, fitting out all the interiors of newly acquired apartments and villas. The business has been in operation for just over 2 years. The challenge was that it just wasn’t going well.

Mr. Thuan was doing a lot of sales calls, and talking to individuals and companies but he just could not seem to win enough business to make it worthwhile and be able to support his family and lifestyle.

This is The Wrong Business For Me, It’s Just Not Working.

After long consideration, he decided he was in the wrong business and was looking to sell and move on.

Mr. Thuan decided that he would become a coach and trainer as he could see there was always a need to train managers and staff to perform at higher, more productive levels.

He maintained his business while up for sale and while he started his training education.

It took Mr. Thuan 6 months to complete 3 separate international training’s:

  • Leadership Communication Training (6 days)
  • Coaching Certification (8 days)
  • Train The Trainer (20 days)

Now he was ready to enter the world of Coaching & Training until a very strange thing happened.

During the 6 months of training, Mr. Thuan could not sell his business so he continued to work the business.

The very strange thing that happened was, all of a sudden Mr. Thuan started to win more contracts for his interior design business.

The more people he talked to the easier it was for him to close the deal with a win/win outcome.

Now Mr. Thuan has a dilemma, do I stay in my Interior design business as now it’s working really well, or do I continue with my Coaching & Training career?

After a month’s deliberation, as the interior design business continued to grow, Mr. Thuan decided to stay and enjoy his now profitable, working interior design business.

Upon reflection, Mr. Thuan realized the reason his interior design business, all of a sudden, started to work.

He had just spent 6 months increasing his skills & capabilities, in the area of Leadership Communication, Coaching & Training. He was applying these new skills in his existing business when communicating with staff, customers, and suppliers.

He realized that, WHEN I CHANGE, MY BUSINESS AND THE WORLD CHANGE.

Mr. Thuan, to this very day, continues to work in & enjoy his profitable Interior design business.
