How Does Your Breakthrough Coaching Work? This is a question I often get asked so today I thought it would be good to give an overview of Breakthrough Coaching and my on-boarding process for new clients.

For the Breakthrough Coaching it works like this:

Breakthrough Coaching (12 hours in 5 to 7 visits)

Structure & Process

1) Personal History questionnaire (13 questions) to find the root cause of the problem / identify the 4 clouds. The 4 clouds are:
– Negative Thinking – focusing on the problem, the challenge = CHANGE TO POSITIVE THINKING
– Negative Emotion – Fear, sadness, guilt, worry, anger, conflict, hurt = CHANGE TO POSITIVE EMOTIONS
– Inner Conflict – part of me wants to grow me business / another part wants to stay where I am – how to decide best option = CHANGE TO WHOLENESS
– Limiting Beliefs – I’m not good enough to do the business deal / have the relationship / to switch careers / to master my health = CHANGE TO EMPOWERING BELIEFS
2) Evaluate the questionnaire and preparation.
3) Bring client back and start Metaphor, re-frame, timeline therapy and remove limiting beliefs.
4) Apply the different interventions
5) Conclusion – parts integration, value realization and hypnosis
6) Review personal history
7) Feedback

This is the structure of the Breakthrough Coaching and the process can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on availability of client.

Client will finish each Breakthrough Coaching in 5 – 7 visits.

The next step in moving forward for those who are interested would be to complete an Intake Form (14 questions) and email back to me. We would them set an appointment to have a complimentary session to discuss their answers and work out the best way to move forward in supporting their specific needs and requirements.
