All our power rests in our ability to set up morning and evening routines to ensure we are at the top of our game. Our body loves routines, and when we’re in the right routine, we get into flow, and magic happens in our lives.
These routines turn out to be our Power Move Habits.
We set ourselves up for an extremely productive and enjoyable day when structuring our morning routine. When we do it regularly, we start to introduce exponentially positive results.
Morning and evening routines help us to work smarter, not harder.
By the time I completed my morning routine, I had arrived at work at 7 30 am, and I had already nourished my body, mind, emotions, and spirit and was ready to serve my clients.
I’m in such a positive, energised, and focused state that I flow through the morning gracefully and easily.
If I have a late night, sleep in, or get out of the wrong side of the bed, I move through my day like I have 2 left feet, and everything becomes a struggle.
