We Are Defined By Our Regular Habits! If I have the habit of eating clean food and exercising regularly, I’ll have a fit, lean body with abundant energy.
If I eat junk food, and don’t do any exercise, I’ll more than likely look and feel unfit with no energy.
Every habit we practice regularly is moving us closer to the best version of ourselves, or taking us away from the best version of ourselves.
