What We See In The World With Our Own Eyes Is Who We Are – Perception Is Projection. Another way to say that is Perception is Projection…Or…Life is a mirror…

The very famous, Carl Jung, Swiss psychologist, one of the 3 fathers of psychology said, “What we perceive is what we are”….

What we perceive outside of ourselves is who we are…

That means we can’t perceive anything outside ourselves that is not us…

Hence…. Perception is Projection….

Yes, there is an external reality, blue sky, green grass, table and chairs….

What is my relationship like with this external reality?….

Question…

How can we have a more enriching experience of life if I’m only experiencing who I already am?

Answer….

We start to increase our AWARENESS of our life where we are experiencing NEGATIVE EMOTIONS, expanding our limited map of the world, coming up with solutions…

We can also increase our AWARENESS of life where we are experiencing POSITIVE EMOTIONS, expanding our limited map of the world, coming up with better and more creative ways of experiencing the world….

Now we can project our new awareness (extended map of our reality) and solutions back into the world until we achieve the results we want that is enhancing our life experience….

We can only experience who we are, so if we want more, better experiences in life, we need to learn more, become more, so we can project more of what we want and less of what we don’t want…

Big deep breath in……long breath out….
