You need to work with them because of shared projects yet when you do there is always a problem, challenge and hence a conflict…

You don’t like it, and you just want to get in, do the job, and get out again…

What can you do to make the situation more tolerable or even better, win your work colleague over so you don’t become enemies?…

1) Remove your EGO from the equation. You don’t have to like everyone and you don’t have to win every encounter yet you do want harmonious relationships at work.

Being nice when you don’t feel like it will always go a long way…

Find something positive and complimentary about your Co worker and seek their advice or help in that area where they have talent and ability…

Always respond in a genuine and gentle way and after a few weeks or month you will definitely see some improvement….

If we continue to react to them and add fuel to the fire it will only get worse…

We need to be the true leader and influencers in these cases, swallow our pride, build a bridge of loving communication, and watch how quickly the situation turns around…
