No Paul, I’m fully motivated when is 5 pm on a weekday and even more motivated on the weekend….

How is your motivation when you need to do something you don’t find pleasant but you know its good for you?….

Anyone can be motivated to do the things they love, that doesn’t really require much motivation at all….

It’s the things we don’t like doing is when our motivation problem shows up…

Even when we are motivated, how long does it last?…

Not long at all…

We all have things we need to do on a daily basis and in the short term they are painful to do, yet in the long term we know its good for us…

I have a friend who doesn’t like exercising, she is just not an exercise person, can you relate to that?….

She is actually a minus 10 on the scale of exercise, she just doesn’t like it…

Having said that, she exercises 6 days a week without fail and it has absolutely nothing to do with motivation, I can assure you of that…

Your most probably thinking how does a person who is a minus 10 on exercise, exercise 6 days a week and it’s a great question….

If you wait around to be motivated to do the things you need to do in life to get results, you will be waiting for a long time…

She uses her environment as a way to do the things that she naturally doesn’t like to do to ensure they get done….

She exercises every morning before work and will not start work until she has completed her exercise…

It’s a must to do the hard things first to ensure they are completed for the day…

What’s that one thing you don’t want to do and you know it will return positive results if you do?….

Yes, that one….

Do it first thing in the morning, no excuses, just do it…

After a few weeks it will be a habit, positive habit, that you don’t need to think about anymore and it will start to return the positive results you have been looking for….

Do what you don’t like to do at the start of the day and this one practice alone will create its own motivation…
