One young lady approached me and we struck up a conversation. She revealed that she was in transition to becoming a health coach…

Wonderful news…

She is learning, studying, practicing, while She is holding down a full time job…

Now that’s dedication and you can see she is serious about her future and is building it one step at a time…

During the conversation I asked was she already seeing clients, practicing her skill as she was still studying?…

Not at the moment, she replied…

I shared with her how I did complimentary health coaching conversations when I first started my coaching career to get the experience…

She said, the problem with that is, that people don’t value free and I don’t want to give all my best info for free…

Now that’s an interesting mindset, wouldn’t you agree?…

I had the same mindset years ago about holding back from giving 100% of myself because there wasn’t equal and opposite value commitment in the transaction…

My coach explained that this type of thinking and behavior will become part of my consciousness if I continue to hold that belief…

That type of consciousness is Limiting, restrictive and doesn’t Foster abundance in one’s life….

My coach taught me about playing full out 100% in everything i do, don’t count the cost, the universe will do that…

It’s your job to play full out, give your best, give your all, give everything that you have, serve, serve, serve…

When you play this game and develop this type of consciousness your stacking the odds in your favor to have more fun, awesome results, server more people, deepen your craft and attract all good things into your life…

From that point I made the shift, I changed my mindset after that one conversation and it has positively impacted my life in so many ways…

What I’m going to suggest, is that you do the same thing with EVERYTHING you touch, play full out 100% with your whole being, give everything that you have, serve, serve, serve and watch the miraculous change in your life as you develop your consciousness in this area…

You will create magic for yourself and those around you and life will never be the same again…
