As we stepped on to the pavement the security guard smiled and greeted us as he opened the door of the restaurant…
We were immediately greeted with a big smile from the head waiter…
Soft music could be heard in the background and the air temperature was refreshing…
We were ushered to our table which was meticulously arranged and pleasant on the eyes…
We ordered our meal, enjoyed the atmosphere and the wonderful service…
After 90 minutes we left the restaurant once again greeted by staff and given a friendly farewell…
We were just given an AMAZING EXPERIENCE from the moment we arrived too the moment we departed…
This is a very busy and successful restaurant… I wonder why?
I know the OUTCOME is not to just sell food (product)…
It’s to give the customer an AMAZING EXPERIENCE…

In NLP we learn about SENSORY ACUITY which is about noticing all those little details and how they can all add up to create a wonderful or less than wonderful experience.
I teach a few yoga classes a week and in my class it’s not just about stretching. I’m more interested in creating a wonderful experience for my clients from the moment they see me until they leave the room. I use NLP to help create this experience.
