The result is that we will never have a balanced career & Personal Life as it is the nature of business in the 21st Century and its only going to speed up, changing so much faster then we can imagine….

Our external world is moving faster, becoming more complex and even overwhelming with the speed of advancing technology…

We get dizzy just thinking about it, am I right?…

How do we cope, adjust and empower ourselves in this world of Overwhelming complexity and rapid change and responsibility?…

As you move further away from the eye it becomes noisy, wild, out of control, dangerous, survival is our first and only thought….

We need to be the eye (us) of the storm while life is the outer parts of the storm…

We have control of our own life, how we think, what we do with our time, how we build our inner resources…

When we go within, work on ourselves, take responsibility for our life and not let the outer world (storm) dictate how we feel, then and only then will we be in charge of our life…

BE the eye of the storm in your life so you can respond to life on a daily basis, step into the storm in the morning, step back out again at night and live a balanced career and balanced personal life…
