Position: Executive Director

Coaching Duration: 3 months

Presenting Problems:

  • Very confrontational and angry / making up negative stories in his head / negative thinking / Stressed / strong negative to certain words

Solutions:

  • Worked on his lens of the world. He was seeing the world from the attitude of an angry person. We created a new lens for him on how to view people.
  • Used the NLP Communication Model to show him how our mind processes information and sees the world. Went deep on this so he could process information more positively.
  • We had to release some negative emotions he had attached to certain words that would put him in a tailspin. 
  • Resolved, clear some past experiences from childhood.

Conclusion:

  • We were able to create some space between stimulus and response which gave Frank time to have a more positive response. Frank’s stress levels reduced. He was less angry. Trigger words that would put him in a tailspin had no more power over him. He was more positive and with further coaching he could accelerate his results.
