This is a monthly coaching service for those who want to experience coaching for the very first time. Gently ease into the coaching experience with Bi-Weekly sessions (In-person / via Zoom). Setting up one goal or overcoming one challenge in one of the major areas of your life. Become aware of current habits and behaviors that no longer serve you, while at the same time creating positive ones that do. We will work on Your Goals / Purpose / Identity / Values & Beliefs / Skills & Capabilities / Behaviors / Environment.
We will look at all areas of your life and together we will identify the area (most challenging) to start working on first. Then we will stablise all other areas, if necessary, before getting started on setting up a relevant goal in one major area of your life.
When working on this one goal, through obstacles and challenges, we will identify subconscious limiting programs, beliefs, and behaviors that are stopping you from achieving your goal.
Then we will eliminate the limiting subconscious programs, that are in opposition to your goal and it’s realisation, and create new empowering beliefs and programs that are more in alignment with the attainment of your goal.
We will continue this process of clearing your subconscious mind of self-sabataging programs that are holding you back from the realisation of your goal all the way through to completion and attainment of your desired goal and outcome.
We recommend, to achieve the best results, that you commit to 3 months coaching (billed monthly) then continue monthly as required.
