We don’t need to be an Einstein to see there is a big shift happening on our planet. Global Warming, the Financial System, the health industry, Governments, Religious institution, family life and human development all undergoing change…
What does the future hold for us and are these times of darkness or times of excitement and opportunity?
In such a fast changing world on many different levels how does one manage and cope while continuing to move forward, managing stress, fear, worry, raising a happy healthy family, building a sustainable business or career, developing relationships, while at the same time feeling and been in control?
How To Find Peace & Control In A Rapidly Changing World?
4 pillars that we can develop in ourselves (with 100% control) that will give us peace and control of our lives.
Those 4 pillars are:
– Physical Body
– Mental Body (mind)
– Emotional Body (emotions)
– Energy Body (energy)
These are the 4 pillars that each and everyone of us have 100% control. We all have control of how we feed and use our body, how we use the powers of our mind, how we manage our emotions and how and where we spend our energy.
We have these 4 pillars, resources, to navigate and experience the world. If we use them wisely or abuse them it will determine our experience and results in the world.
We can’t control the external world of what’s happening around us 100%. Yes, we do have some control depending on how we approach different situations but it’s limited depending on the circumstances.
The 4 pillars we do have 100% control and when we fortify ourselves in these areas it allows us to face the world in a much more controlled, powerful & peaceful way.
Vihaan had just finished work and still had an hour to spare before he returned home to his wife’s curfew time of 8pm. He decided to have a quick couple of beers with his co worker before he headed home.
One beer, two beers, three beers, four beers….Vihaan was really enjoying himself. When men start drinking they become very much like an Indian Yogi, timeless.
All of a sudden he looked at his watch, tried to focus his eyes, and after what seemed like an hour, his friend told him it was 2 am.
Vihaan, stumbled off his stool and made his way out of the pub towards home. Taking a short cut down an alley he tripped and fell face first into a thorn bush. Eventually making his way to his feet, continued his journey home. 15 minutes to find the key hole of the front door before he was eventually inside the house.
He quickly checked to see if his wife was sleeping then went to the bathroom. Noticing his face all scratched up from his encounter with the thorn bush, he washed his face and applied plasters/band aids over the scratches.
The next morning he wakes up to a cold bucket of water thrown all over him be his wife. You’ve been drinking again, “she says”….
No darling, he replies, I haven’t had a single drop for 6 months.
She then grabs him by the ear and pulls him into the bathroom and shows him the bathroom mirror. It was covered in plasters/band aids.
Listen up…
To change our world, our reality, our life experiences we need to change from within (working on 4 pillars) and when we can stop trying to change the mirror image (our reality) of what we don’t like and work on ourselves MAGIC HAPPENS.
In our coaching and training sessions we focus on the 4 pillars, physical, mental, emotional & energy bodies.
How much magic can you handle in your life?
