Also focus on nature, spend time in nature and observe what is whole, healthy and complete…
Acknowledge the pain when is arises and keep focusing on the healthy aspects of your body…
No 3 – only talk about your illness to your Doctor. Encourage people not to ask about your health. If they ask, say, I’m getting stronger and better every day. Focus on what you do want, health, and talk about what is healthy in your life…
When we shift our awareness, withdraw energy and focus from what we don’t want, then place it on what we do want everything will start to shift….
