The Secret To Getting Unstuck Physically And Mentally. How Do We Get Unstuck When We Have A Health Challenge, Physically Or Mentally?…

When we have a health challenge like the common cold, the flu, a fever, or some physical challenge in our body we normally would go visit a medical Doctor….

We may wait a few days first to see if it will sort itself out, if not, we go to see the Doctor to get a diagnosis and some medication….

If we don’t attend to it and sort it out it will affect us more, make us miserable, and possibly get worst…

Once we get the medication, the remedy, we feel so much better, getting unstuck physically and moving forward….

It’s the same with our mental health…

Executives, managers, mom’s and dads, and even students are using one to one coaching sessions for when they get stuck in their thinking and not sure how to move forward…

They book in for a 1 or 2 hour session, discuss the challenge, get clarity, shift their thinking, learn some new mental tools, get unstuck and they jump back into life…

Rather then sit in the problem, create energy leaks, get frustrated, spin their wheels for a few weeks, they take immediate action to resolve the issue….

We all have a budget to see a medical Doctor, have a holiday, eat out at restaurants, purchase clothes etc… yes or yes?…
