That Inner voice, that inner Critic can make the situation better or worst…

We need to drown out that inner voice that attempts to lead us down the wrong path, the path we want to avoid…

I was walking through the airport and I heard the voice say, “why don’t you have a bag of peanut MM’s?”….

No, shut up, I don’t want them, I would reply…

“come on, you deserve it, your on holidays, just one packet”…

No, go away, I’m in a diet, get out of here….

“start your diet tomorrow, one packet won’t hurt”…

Maybe just one small pack won’t hurt?…

“yes, now that you got the MM’s you may as well buy the bag of crisps too”…

I got the reputation around home, especially with mum, that my diet would always be starting tomorrow…

Until I took a stand and told that inner voice to shut up and go away…

I had to take a stand for my health and this inner voice just wasn’t helping…

Do you need to take a stand for something in your life?

Is there one area of your life where you need to STEP UP, take a stand and stop listening to that inner Critic, that inner voice that’s stopping you from revealing your true self?…

Make a decision, take a stand now, stay focused on your goal and don’t listen to that inner voice that’s beating a drum to a different tune…

Eventually you will tame that inner Critic to work for you and not against you…

You need to step up and take control of it otherwise it will run you all around the place and get you frustrated and dizzy leading you away from your goals…
