The best way I know how to do that is GET PHYSICAL, that’s right, get back into your body, go for a walk, get into nature, observe your surroundings and stay present, where you can allow your conscious mind to focus on the present moment and keep you safe…
Depending on your challenge you may need to do extra physical movement for a period of time as you trust the process of your Subconscious Mind to come up with the solution…
When you take control of your mind, get back into your body and unite physical, mental and spiritual your are more powerful to keep safe and ride things out to a workable solution…
