5 Rules to Follow to Repeat 2018 Results in 2019
1) Don’t’ add any more VALUE: Don’t add a single drop more of VALUE in 2019 that you added in 2018. This is a hard one. Be focused and patient and resist the temptation to do more. Don’t add any more value at work, in your family, with your friends, just repeat last year’s efforts…I’m sure you will do just fine…
2) Don’t take on anything new: In your career blend into the background and just repeat last years efforts. For goodness sake, DON’T exercise any more whatsoever than you have been in 2018. If you did no exercise in 2018 keep it the same in 2019. Continue to eat all the food you have been eating for the last 12 months and that goes the same for your drinking. If you’re in a personal relationship don’t do anything to improve it, keep the status quo. Behave the same way you have been for the past 12 months.
3) Don’t change or improve your family / friend’s relationships: Maintain the same relationships with family and friends. If you’re not talking to each other, for some reason, keep it up for the next 12 months. Keep the frequency and duration the same of family and friend’s visits.
4) Don’t think any new thoughts or have creative ideas: If you didn’t set any goals in 2018 do the same in 2019. Just keep repeating the same things for the next 12 months.
5) Don’t change any of your habits: For the next 12 months maintain all your habits whether they are working for you or not. Don’t worry about the result just keep repeating the habits for the next 12 months.
If we stick to these simple guidelines, I think we can have a very good chance of how to repeat 2018 results in 2019.
