Jump starting your day to ensure optimal results is a perfect way to make sure you get important activities ticked off your daily “I can’t wait to do list”.
Michael is a member of the 5 am club. Michael has his feet firmly planted on the ground within seconds of the alarm sounding.
Once Michael hears the alarm he counts back in his head, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Before he gets to number 1 he already has his feet on the ground ready to start his day. This is an awesome strategy to intercept our thinking mind before it gives us a whole bunch of reasons why we should stay in bed.
Michael understands the power behind getting up early and greeting the sun and empowering himself for a very productive day.
He quickly washes his face, brushes his teeth, drinks a glass of water then starts his 20 minute exercise routine. Michael starts with some gentle stretching to wake up the body then turns up the heat with some power moves with weights and body resistance exercises.
With his body now awake and energy building Michael sits down to read for 20 minutes. Time to feed his mind with some mental food that will stimulate his mind and give it something to chew on throughout the day. Michael is working in the field of sales so he chooses a book called “The Sales Gurus”. He wants to be at the top of his game, top of his profession so he is constantly educating himself in relation to his craft.
Now he will spend the remaining 20 minutes planning his day. Michael writes out his schedule of clients and appointments he has for the day. He spends valuable time thinking about how he will serve his clients, how he will bring them value at each meeting. Michael visualizes and see’s each meeting going perfectly well with great results for both him and the clients. A win / win situation.
Michael will then sits in silence, close his eyes, brings conscious awareness to his breathing as he directs his mind to visualizing the perfect day. Michael, in his minds eye, will see every situation, meeting and event of this day working out perfectly. He will see every transaction and encounter going perfectly well exactly how he wants it to happen. Michael is setting up his day physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to attract all the positive outcomes and results he chooses to experience this day.
Michael has already taken his mind from the beginning to the end of the day, seen all the success, results and positive outcomes. Now it is just a matter of taking his physical body down that very same path which his mind has just traveled.
Michael will now feed his physical body a wholesome breakfast and then jump into his day knowing exactly what to do day and outcomes he will achieve.
Michael has nourished his Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual bodies to ensure he is living a Mega Day a Mega Life.
